In a first evaluation we analysed overall 13 different mapping and matching applications. The selection include historical relevant and established tools but also examples of leading up-to-date matching application [24]. For each of the 22 supported ontology mapping representation instances, 31 different evaluation parameters were determined. The evaluation was conducted in early 2009 by the authors in the Knowledge and Data Engineering Group, Trinity College (Dublin).
